Join me for an intensive 2-day workshop and learn the secrets of Waldorf-inspired doll making. You will create a 13” doll and learn how to construct a head using a rolling and needle-felting techniques, how to stuff the body with wool and attach the body parts, how to add a belly button, knees, and a little bum, how to make/crochet a mohair wig.
All materials (including a pattern for the doll, pre-sewn body from beautiful Swiss skin fabric, sweet-smelling sheep wool and mohair yarn for hair), as well as tea/coffee, will be provided.
The workshop will run from 9.30 to 6 PM on both days with a short break.
Suitable for beginners in doll making but must have basic hand sewing and crochet skills.
The total cost - $450. (This listing is for a non-refundable deposit with the remainder payable by May 10th, 2019)
Upon receipt of your deposit, I will email you all the information you may need about what to bring, where to find the studio and a link to a website page where you can select skin, eye and hair color.
